This symposium will involve discussions among academics, insolvency practitioners, labour representatives, bank representatives, business persons, and government officials on the Review of Corporate Rescue Procedure Legislative Proposals — Consultation Paper issued by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau in October 2009.
