In Charles’s capacity as International Insolvency Legal Expert for the Lao PDR Ministry of Industry and Commerce, he co-designed and co-delivered with Peter Gothard (an Australian accountant serving as International Insolvency Practitioner) a three-day webinar practical training course for the inaugural group of 32 Insolvency Administrators meeting in Vientiane, Laos (Apr. 26-28, 2022) being trained under the new Lao Law on Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy of Enterprises, which Charles contributed to, and which came into operation on June 10, 2020.
